"Redman Construction is wonderful. We had some work done by them last summer and fall and it all went so well, that we had no other contractor in mind. The quality of work (on our 1774 home!) is excellent, the subcontractors arrive on time, are polite, professional and extremely neat, cleaning up at the end of every day. My husband is very particular, understanding a lot about our old home and what it needs, and he is always satisfied with the details, methods and materials that Joe and Jim use. They are a wonder to work with! We had roofing, carpentry and plastering subs, and all were topnotch. You may wait for them a bit longer than some others, but I will tell you that it is WELL worth the wait. We know that our house is solid and secure from the elements and the work done last year proved to be airtight through the winter. I should mention that communication is their easy and prompt. - both phone and email."

"As all the previous reviewers have said, DC 57 Construction is definitely a 5 star company. Lucas came to my home 3 times and helped me plan out the job. The job included: rebuilding a wood ladder to the upstairs loft, installing a railing and a new door in the loft, and adding shelves in the bathrooms. In addition, Lucas installed two railings for my back deck. Lucas and Tiago are both finish carpenters and they do excellent work at a very reasonable price. I am having Lucas come back soon to install a new screen door. Hiring Lucas and Tiago was definitely a great decision as my home looks much better."

When it came apparent we needed our deck replaced we of course, called Caseri Construction. Caseri Construction shows up when they say they will, has fair honest prices , and they do top quality work. "Other builders came in with estimates that cost less than US ProPaint and Renovation. In spite of this we chose US ProPaint and Renovation because JR explained all the work that would be done to demolish our wooden deck and replace it with trex decking. The other builders who gave us estimates did not spend as much time, or explain what they would do to complete the work we wanted.; and their estimates were lower in cost, but not a whole lot less. Once we committed to have US ProPaint and Renovation work for us, the work began very quickly. JR told us the work would commence in 2 weeks. They actually started earlier than that. 3 men worked long hours, typically 8:30 am to 7 pm each day in some pretty warm and humid weather. They were courteous and kept me informed on what they were going to accomplish on any given day. We were completely satisfied with the work and how the deck ended up. We will hire them again for other projects."

"Three terms you don't hear when speaking about contractors : Honesty, timely and effecient and pride of Workmanship. If you use Liam Neary Construction you will be using these terms and smiling as you tell others about your amazing experience. I had a leak in my roof with water coming in through the chimney. The water came into the utilitiy room creating a mini swimming pool and the hot water tank shut down. Liam came out within an hour of my phone call got my water running showed me how to clean the sensor for the future and reset the hot water tank. He scheduled to come out later that day to replace flashing on the roof to hopefully fix the problem. Unfortunately for me, it was not the full resolution. In the next rainstorm, I got water in the chimney again and reached out to Liam. This time it was a saturday and was thinking I might see him at the start of the work week or need to pay crazy money just to get him to show up. This was not my experience he showed up in 2 hours reviewed what he had done and come up with a new solution. He determined that the chimney needed some additional work and adjusted the price because of the original work that he had done correctly, but did not solve the problem completely. This contractor is the real deal. If you have a problem give him a call today. He will make your life easier and resolve your problems quickly. For the job done right call Liam Neary."

"My wife and I were considering having some remodeling done to our house but we were not sure how it would all work. A friend recommended we hire an architect or draftsman to help with the ideas. We submitted the request through Angie's and found Richard from iCornerstone. We live in Tyngsborough and he came to our house from Weymouth and spent the day measuring everything in the house and provided us with an outstanding renderings and diagrams of our house from all the floors. We didn't have any original drawings and neither did the town wit details. Richards work was exemplary and nothing short of outstanding. He really knows his stuff and he kept in contact the entire time. We asked for the changes and he made them to a second diagram with a 3D layout we could show to the contractors for the remodel. I highly recommend Richard and iCornerstone for any of your needs."

He displayed to us his ability to transform the customer's wish list into a vision and then a reality. He worked with us upfront to plan the project from evaluating our remodel options after measuring the space and brainstorming with us about our vision to accompanying us to vendor sites to select the materials and putting together a project timeline based on availability of materials such as appliances and cabinetry. Despite delays due to supply change issues, Nauset Kitchens got the project done in as compact a timeframe as possible, minimizing the disruptions to our home life.
