"Communication with the owners was easy and timely, but very disappointed in the attention to detail and overall oversight of the job on Redman's part with their sub-contractors. We constantly had to directly let the outside workers know of our plans even though we had already discussed items with Redman. We had to ask them to clean up after themselves (one contractor said he never owned a tarp before) and have the electrician come back numerous times to fix things. Overall timeline was met and we are happy with overall design and functionality, but had to aggressively press at the end before our move in date. Items that we were disappointed in - nails showing through new cabinetry (purchased separately), holes still showing in the plastered ceiling and recessed lighting holes cut too big, so that the lights are loose. Tile Contractor was the best by far."

"JR and his team did an amazing job. JR is always very responsive. His team worked hard, were always there when they said they would be. They cleaned up and I am so happy with my bathroom remodel. See attached pics. I was SO happy I have hired them to do more work on my house."

"Thank you Lucas and Tiago of DC57 for the sturdy and attractive Kitty Katio... 🐈 Meow! 🐈‍⬛ Built from scratch in under 5 hours, the team left the site perfectly clean 💯 Our 2 kittys love it, the shelves give them high places to laze and play... happy Kittys, happy me!! "The Casieri construction team was efficient professional timely and qualified would definitely recommend them to anybody needing any type of new construction remodeling they provided quality work in a timely manner"

"This was our first time using them. We found them on the internet then gave them a call to put an addition on. Everything turned out beautifully. When we called to get pricing and talk about the job they were very friendly and accommodating. They made the process seamless! Their pricing was very reasonable. The workers were prompt, polite and professional. They were very courteous and they were respectful of our home. They also did a great job of being tidy and cleaning up after themselves! I will have to remember next time that remodeling is a bit of a noisy process, but I can handle the noise for such a beautiful outcome! You will not be disappointed!"

"These guys get it done super hard work everything was done right I’m happy with the outcome and my wife is happy as well Tejada remodeling is awesome and well done all my projects from now on"

"The most important part of a remodeling project is your contractor. It is the contractor that determines how smoothly the project goes and how pleased you will be when it is finished. Liam Neary is the contractor I would want to work with again. We actually enjoyed the remodeling process because of Liam. Liam was very attentive to all our concerns throughout the project. All work performed by Liam himself was exceptional. He is neat, prompt, and organized with a-plus communication. Liam is honest, congenial and eager to please. Subcontractor work occasionally did not rise up to Liam's standards. Whenever we pointed these minor details out, Liam always rectified the issues. We love our new kitchen!"

"My wife and I were looking to have an addition built on our 2 bedroom / 1 bath home back in the winter of 2022. After a phone conversation with Richard, we decided to have him come out to the house. He was very clear with the iCornerstone process, and the benefits of using this process. He is meticulous in measuring and understanding the existing structure. There are no guesstimates and all cost projections are based on the actual materials and labor needed to complete the work. Having such clarity regarding costs before any work begins is not something I've seen in this industry prior to this experience. It was certainly a welcome change. We now have plans for a home addition and complete control over the project. We decide the scope and can customize the plan to our budget. We are grateful to have worked with Richard, and highly recommend him!"

"My experience with Sharka Construction was phenomenal. Ari and his crew rebuilt three decks. He was professional, thorough and informed me step by step the deck materials best for a lasting and durable for the cold weather environment. I trust his business and would use Sharka Construction again."

"The 2 men that did most of the remodel did a great job and picked up after they were done."
