"Above and Beyond Construction recently completed an almost whole-house renovation including a family room addition, a fully remodeled kitchen, relocated stairways, three bathrooms, and a finished basement. The addition seamlessly blends with the original spaces, making it feel like a natural extension of my home. The work is detailed and outstanding to the point that visitors do not know where the original 1911 house ends and the 2024 house begins. The highly skilled craftsmen matched the woodwork details of the original house to the new addition perfectly. Chester is easy to work with, has a positive outlook, and a good sense of humor. He will work with you to answer questions, provide suggestions, and address concerns throughout the renovation process. Above and Beyond transformed my little frame house from an outdated, decades-neglected, design and décor calamity left by the prior owners into an elegant space that honors tradition yet transcends centuries."

"Gordon’s team did a really good job remodeling my bathroom and my unfinished basement. Their new drywall & flooring installation work great and they did a good job with the plumbing & electrical adjustments I needed done. They cleaned up the mess they made daily and tried to keep the rest of the house clean and dust free. Total cost for both basement & bathroom remodel was $23900. There were some additional remodeling costs that I didn’t budget for initially but Gordon was willing to work with me on making payments for the additional features that were added to the remodel. Overall they are a good company and I’m happy with the work they did."

"Kris and team did a wonderful job with our bathroom remodel. They were efficient, very detailed, and the outcome looks very nice. Very reasonably priced and I will use his team for future projects!"

"NEW Jack and his team did a great job with our basement remodel. The project was completed at the estimated price. There were additional charges based on our requests but they were all fair and reasonable. They worked with us and addressed any concerns immediately."

"Bobby is a top-notch remodel professional. His communication is outstanding. He was thorough in his estimate & understanding the scope of the job as well as clear in what decisions / circumstances might cause additional work. He was timely in his commitments to length of the job and was great in helping me troubleshoot a couple changes to the project. His network of resources made the remodel job so well-coordinated and simple for me! I love the finished product!"

"Everything went well. They remodelled two bathrooms for me. Frank, John, and Tim, did an excellent job. They were just amazing. I would hire them again."

"He did a fantastic job on my remodel!"

"Angelo Pecoraro, the owner of A.P. Builder, was a pleasure to work with from start to finish on our major remodeling project of adding a sunroom to our home. Out of many contractors I called to get an estimate, he was the only one willing to provide options to have the project fit our budget. Once we agreed to move forward, he worked diligently with the architect and village to get the permits finalized (which is a difficult task in my town). Once the work started, he provided almost daily updates of the work that will be completed and any anticipated inspections (which we passed easily). He also reached out himself to finalize details from big items like windows to small ones like the molding. The result was a beautiful sunroom and deck which I receive compliments on regularly. Do yourself a favor and for your next major home remodel/renovation work with Angelo and A.P. Builder!"

"We hired Envy to totally remodel our master bathroom from top to bottom, including a bath to shower conversion. We could have not asked for a better company to hire. At each step, from setting up the initial appointment to the final install, the process was a dream. No need to look further, this company is professional and dedicated to quality. We will call them back to remodel our kitchen in the future."

"We hired this builder for an addition to our home and had a great experience from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive, and kept us informed throughout the entire project. They paid close attention to the details and made sure the new space blended beautifully with our existing home. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with the finished addition. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a home addition or renovation."
