"Our overall experience with JES has been excellent. We contacted them back in November 2019 because we noticed some new cracks in our foundation and slight movement in one of the additions on the house after some heavy rains. The rains caused the ground to swell after a 3-4 weeks of no rain and shift the house. Sean was our systems designer and came out to evaluate the issues and made a plan for correcting them. He was responsive to our questions and came back to explain the process again to my husband who was not at the initial meeting. We also spoke with Ben who was helpful in answering additional questions about the work and lifetime warranty. Crystal ensured the work was scheduled at a time that worked for us and kept us updated during the permitting process. The work began in August 2020 and was a big job. They installed 14 push piers and 9 IntelliBraces. The installation team was Rudy Gonzalez (foreman), Victor Cruz (co-foreman) and Matthew (installer). All worked extremely hard. Even when several unforeseen issues can up in the work, such as the absence of footers where some push piers and intellibraces needed to be installed, and the obstruction of work areas by existing HVAC and plumbing fixtures, Rudy and his boss Moises spoke with us at length to help us understand the problems, and ultimately, still remained faithful to the work schedule and the price estimate that we were quoted. This was a major relief to us as we were on a tight budget for the project. This is a review of the work up until last day of installation. We will monitor the stabilization of the house and update this review if necessary, however the quality of work seems excellent so far. Given the experience we have had with JES this far in addition to the lifetime warranty for the work, we are confident that any issues will be dealt with promptly and professionally."

"Cleaned gutters on two story colonial and also gutters on addition and two car garage. Several gutters were badly in need of cleaning/unclogging. Also, Vince adjusted several downspouts, added support brackets, and repaired a few supports on gutters. We are very pleased with the work."
The proper sequence of a kitchen installation starts with laying the foundation and structural framework. From there, you need to establish utilities like plumbing, wiring, and gas lines, then install cabinetry and countertops, and finally finish with flooring, painting, tile backsplashes, and lighting. A professional kitchen installation contractor can coordinate each component of your project to minimize the timeline and maximize resources.
