"Excellent! On the first day, the crew completed all of the prep work. On
the second day, they worked the entire day to complete the project a
full day and a half ahead of their estimated end date for the project.
On the second day, the yard was transformed from lackluster to amazing.
We couldn't be more pleased with the work.
I talked to three
other companies before choosing Southern Appeal Landscape. They were not
the lowest bidder, but they were the only company that actually
diagnosed the problem and offered real solutions. They were prompt,
professional, and they did all work as contracted. The team who worked
on our yard obviously loves their work and they take pride in
perfection. The owner's two sons were part of the crew, and they worked
just as hard as the other crew members. Overall, this was a very
pleasant experience.

"It went great. They were on time, very professional, and got the job done on time. They did quality work. I would recommend them."

"The kitchen remodel far exceeded our expectations! The fireplace is stunning! I would recommend them for any job!"

"Are you kidding me!!? Customer service and expertise don't get any better than Titan Sunrooms! From the first phone call, to special ordering the doors we wanted, to the last inch of caulk, these folks were superb! Waited six weeks for them to get to my house but that was just because I was waiting in line for them to get through all their other jobs. It was worth the wait. From the first day to the last they were always punctual and worked throughout the day. They tore down the old screening, roof panels and supports and hauled it all away. Then made small adjustments to the patio and began the new screening and supports, working diligently all the while. The crew were all very knowledgeable in their jobs, all were very courteous and enthusiastic. It was plain and simple that all of them enjoyed their work and were focused on doing the very best job they could produce. They were all about customer service and doing it right the first time. In two and a half days from start to finish they were done with a brand new structure over my back porch. A more durable, better looking, and stronger structure I might add. Before you scoff at the price know one thing, you can walk on the roof of this patio cover! That's how strong this structure and its material are. I could go on and on about this company, better materials, expert assemblers, attention to detail, customer service above and beyond, etc. It was just a great professional experience and their product is second to none. Call them!"

"We had a bath/shower remodeled into a shower only. The consultation, design and scheduling went as expected. On the final day of installation it was found that a required diverter valve was not among the supplied materials. I went to the local hardware store and bought one so that the subcontractor did not have go back to Florida (we are in Alabama) and return the next day with the required item. I have contacted the company at least twice and they have not reimbursed me for the ~$17 I spent on the valve. I sent them a copy of my receipt."

We wanted to remodel our newly purchased condo but didn't think we'd be able to afford all the projects we had in mind because of the limitations of our budget. A couple of local contractors in Gulf Shores had estimated a minimum cost of $40,000. We contacted Help-Around-the-House based on favorable Angie's List reviews and found that they more than live up to their great reputation. Dan Parks and his team worked closely with us from start to finish, not only helping us to stay within our budget but also coming up with ideas that were better than what we originally had in mind. All of the work was of high quality, yet it was done amazing fast.  We couldn't be more satisfied with the final result.  We definitely recommend Dan Parks and the Help-Around-the-House team to anyone who wants high quality work done at a fair price.

"I can honestly say Tony is the most reliable person I have hired in recent years. He is there when he says we will be; if there is something unforeseeable that will detain him, he lets you know right away and works around your schedule. To say Tony did painting is just partially correct but it was the closest thing I could choose from the HA list. Tony was contacted about multiple "handy man" tasks that need attention at our home. He went through everything on the list, discussed options and let me know what to expect. He did everything from removing and replacing an iron railing to providing window installers. Because Tony is professional, meticulous, thorough and capable, as he finished one set of things we needed, we had him continue with drywall repair; painting the interior of our home; installing and staining a headboard ceiling; door adjustments; replacing lights and switches; and probably some things I've forgotten about. He also provided options for hardwood repair. He does full remodeling which we discussed for a bathroom remodel but have put that on hold. Tony is honest and trustworthy---so much so that he is one of the ONLY service providers I've ever left alone in my house. Not only do I fully recommend him but I will definitely be hiring him next time we need anything done here."

"Lewis was fantastic.   Not only did he beat the other quotes I received by several hundred dollars, he did a great job too.  I wasn't even sure what to do with the ceilings after scraping off the popcorn texture, but Lewis explained everything to me and gave me a beautiful ceiling.  Thanks Lewsi!!
