I appreciated their willingness to discuss options and make adjustments as needed throughout the project. Their experience with older houses made the process go smoothly. We love our new bathroom and the improvements to our bedroom. The quality of the work is noticeable to everyone who sees it. I would recommend working with Gove restoration."

They expertly removed the old carpet from my home and meticulously refinished the wood flooring, restoring it to its original luster and shine. The transformation is absolutely stunning! Rigo and Efrain demonstrated exceptional skill and attention to detail throughout the entire process. They were not only professional and courteous but also incredibly efficient, completing the project on time and within budget. "Almir and his team are tidy, prompt and courteous all the while delivering exceptional craftsmanship in their work. Gisele and her team have attention to detail in cleaning our home, restoring it and gerneral upkeep. This partnership can take care of all your home needs, from renovations to maintenance of your property. I have found nothing comprable to the services Nova provides! Hands down, the best in The Valley!"

"EUTR just wrapped up a remodel in my home – we did the kitchen, an existing bathroom, and then added a new bathroom. The work is outstanding, and the process was smooth, easy, and dare I say fun! Kim was a lifesaver when it came to making design choices and purchasing. She offered honest opinions and helpful tips, and I couldn’t be more grateful to have had her as part of the process. I work from home, so I was present every step of the way for the renovation. Jay was so easy and fun to work with! He never came to me with problems or drama, he always had easy solutions or options for me. My house was actually cleaner during the reno than it normally is – the guys were always dusting and vacuuming, leaving my home spotless each night. This was really important to me as I have two dogs and I didn’t want them to find trash or debris (semi-related, my dogs loved Jay so much they went through withdrawal after the work was complete). I always knew exactly what the plan was for the day or week. Jay was super organized and easy to work with, so it never felt like chaos (despite almost every room in my home being in some stage of construction). You 100% will get what you pay for with Jay and Kim. I had really healthy allowances for items because they listened to what I wanted and budgeted very realistically – this was also really important to me because I didn’t have a large emergency buffer. And I didn’t need a penny of it because the job came in right on budget! I will without reservation recommend to all my friends and use EUTR for any future work I do."

"Very satisfied with the basement remodel. Very professional from beginning to end. Its been 2 years and still loving it."

"We hired Dave to replace an old block ceiling in our spare bedroom with new sheetrock and wood molding and trim to match the other ceilings in our house. He also patched the bedroom walls. In addition, he replaced the exterior plywood soffits on our home with vinyl and installed two vents. Dave was very easy to deal with, he started and finished the work when he said he would. He provided quality work that was priced fairly. Working with Dave was a good experience and we would highly recommend you hire Drake Building and Remodeling."

"So far only the carpet installation has been done but we are working out the schedule for the other projects. Timber Wolf was punctual and did a great job laying the carpet. He even delivered the carpet that we had ordered. Once the other projects are done, I will update this review."

"We were extremely pleased with the work Kurt did on our house. He replaced the rotting wooden trim around four of our windows, replaced sections of our siding which were in rough shape, fixed a soffit and fascia that were water-damaged due to a poorly set up gutter, and a few other smaller repairs. The quality of his work was excellent, and so was his work ethic and communication. He was also very good about pointing out things that he found during the course of the work which were either done improperly before, or were a good idea to fix along with what else was being done. He always contacted us with a description (usually with a photo) and an estimate of the cost of any additional work. He was very courteous, punctual and not at all pushy. We would definitely recommend him, and will gladly call him again for our future projects."
