"Plow and Property has completed several projects for us on a very old and neglected rental property and we are so glad we found them. The first job was a vacant house clean out. The house was left in truly appalling condition. The cleaning crew worked and worked and worked so hard and so long I was telling them to stop. They made a filthy house fresh and pleasant again. I would not have thought it could be restored to such a fresh condition. The next job was replacing the old casement windows which were rotted wood frames in crumbly 1950â s cement. They not only repaired the window foundation area but other foundation ugly spots as well and put in beautiful new sturdy basement sliding windows. They also re-dug and replaced the adjoining window wells which were undoubtedly the original wells and were falling apart. Regraded the foundation area around the wells and reseeded without being asked. While they were in the basement doing the windows they cleaned a bunch of that up too so itâ s no longer a horror movie waiting to be filmed down there. Everything they did was simply above and beyond. Wesley Vercosa has returned my many questions and concerns with lots of information and smiles, bless him. "Amazing. YES - you pay a lot - but they rocked, their solution rocked, and the installation was flawless. We just built a brand new home and the builder put in the cheapest 24" deep sump pump possible. We live in an area known for basement flooding so I did my research - had several companies come in - and settled on Connecticut Basement Systems. But my LORD - expensive. But now I know why. Their crew of 3 showed up and laid down plastic mat from our front door all the way down to the basement (at least 200'). It was over kill - but then I saw why. They had to dig a 36" deep pit and a wider hole - and brought up all the mess in buckets. NOT A SINGLE DROP ON THE BASEMENT FLOOR OR ONE THE WAY UP THE STAIRS. In fact - if you didn't see the high tech 3 pump sump pump they installed - you would have never known they were there. EVERYONE was super nice and answered all my many questions. I just spent a year in **** building a new home - and this was the best experience I've had with a contractor in 10 years. Pay the bucks - great product - great installation - great service."
