"Siding Installation Subcontractors did an excellent job and were professional in their work. Gutter subcontractor was also excellent and I would recommend both subcontractors to do siding and gutter work. Weather Tamer management overhead costs were about 35 % of the job and too poor of management for the price. The wrong material was ordered which caused delay to the siding as well as gutter installation causing rain damage to yard after old gutters were removed too soon. Needed a roofing contractor to do roof repair before siding, but was forgotten then when they showed up was too late and had to do the work myself (very disappointing). If you hire Weather Tamer make sure you do your due diligence in checking other contractors and don't let them pressure you into signing a contract until you have checked the price and work of all contractors you may find yourself with a better price for the same work."

"Upon inspection, we were shown, via computer, the conditions currently existing and the manner in which AFS would proceed to correct the situation. The decision was made to proceed, a contract signed electronically and a deposit was requested and submitted. The inspector indicated he was having electronic difficulties; was unable to print a copy of the contract, but would submit it as soon as possible. This required several phone calls and a threat to cancel before a copy of the contract was received by email. When the crew arrived the foreman handed us a statement for the full amount of the contract. There was nothing indicated for the deposited amount. That required additional contacts by the foreman to correct the situation. (This was an extremely "shocking" development considering the previous circumstances regarding the paperwork!) The crew did what they could in replacing a pillar under the house but could not bring the floor back to level. They were afraid to use hydraulic jacks unless I would take responsibility for damage. They lifted the foundation approx. 3/4" on the southwest corner of the house bringing it back to level. The work done by the crew was totally acceptable and the foreman did a very good job when explaining exactly what was occurring. As requested by the foreman prior to their departure, , a check was submitted for the balance remaining."

"The workers were great. Prompt, worked the entire time, very conscious of not dirtying up the house. My problems came after the majority of the work was done and the workers were gone. The painter was horrible and someone had to come back out twice. The third one came and fixed the problems. He apologized profusely for the shoddy work. Had a really hard time getting answers and a scheduled time for someone to come out."

I contacted Dillion from Stefaniak Construction and spoke with him about replacement options and scheduled an inspection. He was very professional and knowledgeable with my situation. After his inspection, we decided to replace 9 of the windows in the home. With it being an older home, there were a few obstacles for him and he handled them in a quick and proficient manner.
