"Found Sentri on Angi. Jeanette and Violet were very pleasant and efficient in getting a contractor to me in the time frame needed. The contractor was excellent and the roof looks great! I would definitely work with them again if I had additional projects."

"Project was supposed to take about 2 weeks and took 3 months. He would disappear for a week sometimes, but since we were not in a huge rush it wasn't a critical. Issue. The main problem was how he computed the final bill. The base price of $4100 became $8000 when the bill was presented and this was not ok since I had budgeted a specific amount for this project. We had him add a few extra things like a ceiling fan and some light fixtures and a ceramic floor. I had generously calculated an extra $1000 for these items, but his final tally was $3000 over this. After some renegotiating, he came down another $1000 but I don't think either one of us was satisfied. I expressed to him that no one who has a budgeted amount can sustain this type of "surprise" bill. It is a shame because I really liked the man and feel he does good work, but I would make sure an amount is set in stone at the start of a project."

"She was fine. We were working long distance and communication took place via phone and email. I would not ever hire someone long distance again for design work unless I see something on their website that is exactly what I like. She was very responsive though and she provided us with pictures of sample furniture and physical designs. I gave her a 'B' because she didn’t take a lot of time to customize the plan to our style. I expected her to adapt to our style, but instead she tried to make our living room fit her style. She seems to have a look that is her style and we actually asked her re-do the plan a few times before we got something usable. In the end, she is very good at what she does and she is very professional, but her design style doesn’t fit our way of living."

"It was okay but the woman who came out was a little bit too concerned about speaking her own mind and I do not think that the time frame was long enough for her to really get a grasp of what it was that we were looking to do. She had some good ideas but it was not enough to convince me to go further and purchase an additional time, however, we had a particularly challenging project. It was not like it was a simple little thing and I threw a lot at her. She was not particularly prepared when she came so we had to spend part of the time getting her prepared. I had sent her an email in advance with the pictures and everything and said, "Here, so that you are going to be thinking about this before our call." And when she got on there, she had not really done that. So, that took some of the time for me to go and say, "Okay, take a look at the email. Here are the pictures." She did not come ready to go with advice and that was a little bit disappointing. The advice that she had was good but it did not solve my problem and it did not convince me to purchase additional time. I was not unhappy with her. It just did not wow me. It was what it was and it was fine. She came out within the time frame that we purchased the deal because we had just purchased the house. We were living in North Carolina and we purchased the house in Florida. We moved on December 2nd so it was between the date that we purchased the deal and December 2nd because we had to talk to her about what we wanted to change about the house before we moved. Ours was not your typical project. If somebody came in and just showed her a picture of a room with blank walls and they wanted her to help decorate it, I think that she could do that but ours was pretty hard."

The proper sequence of a kitchen installation starts with laying the foundation and structural framework. From there, you need to establish utilities like plumbing, wiring, and gas lines, then install cabinetry and countertops, and finally finish with flooring, painting, tile backsplashes, and lighting. A professional kitchen installation contractor can coordinate each component of your project to minimize the timeline and maximize resources.
