The owner, Scott, came out and walked me through some different options that I had never even considered beforehand. He helped me envision the space and also gave me valuable feedback as to the cost implications for each options. A few days later, they sent me over an estimate with a detailed sketch of the two options I liked best, along with estimates for each. All inspections passed the first time. The schedule worked around some rainy weather for the foundation and framing. Jim, the project manager, was easy to work with and understood my design. He was very responsive as we stayed in daily contact via text and site visits. Tony, the foreman, and crew were very experienced and built the room according to the design.
