"It is always reassuring when you find decent and honest contractors. They will be a our go to contractors for life (already thinking of new project for next spring) The absolute most professional and smoothest kitchen remodel ever. You always hear horror stories about terrible contractors and having to keep on them to finish things. Absolutely not the case here. They go above and beyond. I got a phone call and update everyday as to what was going to be happening (or not happening) from Jim. We were kept in the loop at every step. All we had to do was pick out tile, granite, floors, and appliances and Jim and Joe did everything else. The sub-contractors they used are top notch. The electrician and plumber the best there is. The tile and dry wall guys were great. Everyone was on time and ON BUDGET! For a difficult situation and not having a kitchen for a few weeks, that was merely a minor inconvenience. The quality and craftsmanship and attention to details the guys used made the 6 weeks totally worth it. I would without hesitation tell anyone to use Redman!"

Liam Neary is the contractor I would want to work with again. We actually enjoyed the remodeling process because of Liam. Liam was very attentive to all our concerns throughout the project. All work performed by Liam himself was exceptional. He is neat, prompt, and organized with a-plus communication. Liam is honest, congenial and eager to please. Subcontractor work occasionally did not rise up to Liam's standards. Whenever we pointed these minor details out, Liam always rectified the issues. We love our new kitchen!"

"My wife and I were considering having some remodeling done to our house but we were not sure how it would all work. A friend recommended we hire an architect or draftsman to help with the ideas. We submitted the request through Angie's and found Richard from iCornerstone. We live in Tyngsborough and he came to our house from Weymouth and spent the day measuring everything in the house and provided us with an outstanding renderings and diagrams of our house from all the floors. We didn't have any original drawings and neither did the town wit details. Richards work was exemplary and nothing short of outstanding. He really knows his stuff and he kept in contact the entire time. We asked for the changes and he made them to a second diagram with a 3D layout we could show to the contractors for the remodel. "Pedro and his team were excellent. They were professional and timely, hard-working and meticulous, and trustworthy. Best of all (at least for me), is that Pedro is VERY responsive and his team is assigned to get your job done and done correctly. They show up on time every day, and were willing to work late into the evening to hit the project milestones. Pedro was 100% clear about the costs, and he made sure I fully understood the areas where the costs were not known or where the costs could possibly change. For example, he said, "If you open up this wall, I'm not sure what we are going to find." I told him to proceed and his team opened up that wall and found that the previous contractor had installed literally zero insulation. Pedro met with me, reviewed what his team had found, went over all of our options, gave me his recommendation, and only proceeded when I completely approved the additional work that would be done and the additional cost entailed. Pedro is a true partner and his team does great work. I cannot recommend them enough. My wife and I have already booked them for another job renovating a first floor porch and creating a roof over the open-air second floor porch."
