Working with Dave Johnson, his crew and various subcontractors under his supervision has been a pleasure from the start.

During the planning phase Dave developed a thorough understanding of our desires by asking many questions, then pointed out potential problems and alternative approaches . He provided a full set of design drawings for our approval before proceeding to the estimate and contract signing.

Work on the addition began in early winter and continued through cold and stormy weather, Christmas and New Years holidays, and a six-week period while we were on vacation. Throughout that time Dave kept in frequent communication with us via Email and text messages, including photos, to show work progress and to answer any questions we had. The project continued to completion with minimum disruption to our daily lives after we returned from vacation.

We were pleased during the entire project with Dave's politeness, professionalism, expertise, attentiveness and attention to detail. His own work crew, as well as subcontractors, seemed well-versed in their areas of work and carried out Dave's desire for perfection. The result is a neat, well-finished addition which meets our highest expectations. We would not hesitate to recommend Dave Johnson Builders to anyone looking for quality work from a qualified builder.

"A&D was very responsive. They provided a great price and were easy to work with adapting to any concerns that arose along the way. Easy to get a hold of at any time and they always called back and had a man to respond to our concerns."

"Kevin Rider has completed several jobs in my home. His painting is exceptional and his knowledge and remodeling talent is admirable. Kevin has a knack for problem solving and the end result of his work is beautiful. He has renovated two half baths in my home, painted walls and replaced a drop ceiling in my family room, and stained a large multi level pressure treated deck. Each room he has worked on has felt completely transformed when he finished. All work has met or exceeded my expectations, and he looks for ways to save the homeowner unnecessary expenses in every remodel job. I am looking forward to the next job at my house when I can hire Kevin!"

"Chris did a wonderful job replacing our Master Shower & Kitchen Backsplash. We told Chris he was giving Contractors a GOOD name. Always, showing up on time and doing excellent work. Always cleaning the work area at the end of the day. We have no hesitation to highly recommending CS Property Holdings Inc Thank you, Chris"

"We had an excellent experience working with Joe Lane last spring, when we hired him and his team to make some repairs to our small cabin on the ledge of a steep mountain. Joe gave us a very reasonable estimate, which he stuck with. He also worked with us to find the best time of year to get his truck and materials up the steep slope, and was great about staying in communication with us throughout the process. We asked him to convert the cabins small attic into a loft, with a ladder/stairs to get up there and a new window. The results were beyond what we were expecting - the finished product was absolutely stunning, and completely transformed the whole space. The quality of the work was exceptional, the communication was great, and Joe and his brother and dad were lovely to work with. I cant recommend this company highly enough."

"Easy to work with. My kitchen cabinets were transformed from old to a Brand New Updated Look. Extremely happy with the results. Anyone would think that all the cabinets were replaced when it was only a refacing. Unbelievable how great they look. It was also done in just 5 days with very little cleanup."

"Did a great job repairing our deck stairs and was really affordable"

"We are so happy that we found Jeff! He is a genuine, hardworking, efficient, and talented professional. Jeff did a bathroom/laundry room remodel for us and we would definitely recommend him to others and have him back if we are looking for another contractor in the future."
