From the get-go, Bob was extremely thorough with communicating the job at hand, respectful of our home and understanding of the fact that we has two young kids to consider with a remodel. He made necessary precautions so that dust from the kitchen remodel didn’t spread through the rest of the house. Bob and his team were dependable, trustworthy and never made us feel in the dark about what was happening at each stage of the project. They were also very respectful of COVID guidelines. If you have the budget to hire Bob, I would do so in a heartbeat."

"As all the previous reviewers have said, DC 57 Construction is definitely a 5 star company. Lucas came to my home 3 times and helped me plan out the job. The job included: rebuilding a wood ladder to the upstairs loft, installing a railing and a new door in the loft, and adding shelves in the bathrooms. In addition, Lucas installed two railings for my back deck. Lucas and Tiago are both finish carpenters and they do excellent work at a very reasonable price. I am having Lucas come back soon to install a new screen door. Hiring Lucas and Tiago was definitely a great decision as my home looks much better."

"FIrst the proposal submitted to me was very clear and easy to work with. THe crew was professional and weekly check ins were performed by the foreman. THe workmanship was excellent. Additionally they made me a laundry room out of large closet and a master bedroom closet. I couldn’t be more happy. There were no interruptions with work or waiting. Everything was executed and coordinated with efficiently. I would hire them again."

He is amazingly knowledgeable and offered wonderful suggestions about our overall needs as well as the specific job we contacted him about. His colleague, Matt, followed up and actually did the work. He is a remarkable technician, understanding exactly what we needed (in this case cabinet remodeling and replacement) and followed up ensuring that the work was precise and not only met our requirements but also ended up looing better than we had expected. He is meticulous in his work, but also highly sensitive to ensuring that everything he does leaves the area cleaner than when he began. He gave us excellent suggestions on other work we were exploring. Scott and Matt are really wonderful people. Due to the uniqueness of our request for door placements and sizes, the job took longer than planned, so he came back another day to finish. Very satisfied with his work, and our son is now safe and doesn't have access to areas of the house which were previously unsafe for him.
