"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"We had noticed water in our basement at 6pm at night and luckily we found Loyear online. They stayed late into the night and came back with more guys later the next day to finish pulling out the water. Then they started the next process of fixing and replacing the damaged walls. Great communication throughout the entire process and John made sure everything was smooth sailing with billing our insurance and even supplied all the photos that we forgot to take. These guys were amazing and helped us during a very stressful time."

Owner, David Marshall, was very accommodating in getting someone on our job when we called.  We had one carpenter first, and then David provided another skilled carpenter in a timely fashion to help the first carpenter with installing railings and hand rails.  The first carpenter finished up all the trim work on the structure.

We had a couple errors early on, but on the whole we were very pleased with the work performed, and the skill of the carpenters, as well as their demeanor and ease of working.  Enjoyed working with them.  David was also very easy to work with and accommodating.  Was easy to communicate with them and they had good understanding of what needed to be done.

Project turned out very well, looked great, and had good comments on it.

The price you pay is premium because David has a good organization of providing different workers and managing them well to provide for clients and for the workers he is hiring.  But he does a very good job of it.
