"Very pleased w remodel. Jesse ( business owner) was always on time , completed all portions of project on time schedule provided , communicated daily on how project was progressing and time schedule to completion. He was very flexible w work schedule based on my unusual work schedule . He involved myself in decisions re choices of color of paint, style of fixtures lights etc and when given flexibility of choice and asked for his opinion demonstrated great taste . He was very meticulous in his work down to fine details, shows pride in his work and was very fair on pricing. I wasn’t certain at first where to turn to have a shower placed in my half bath for an elderly parent who I did not want to have to climb stairs to get to other bathrooms in the house. All other remodelers contacted did not provide service of placing a shower in but only replace existing shower or bath. He knocked out part of bathroom wall into adjoining laundry room for the shower and placed new dry wall. He placed tiled shower, new vanity , new towel holders, toilet paper holders , new fan vent and had to rework existing plumbing ( new shower , moved washer and dryer based on existing space requiring new dryer air duct ,further enhancement in plumbing for washer and did an awesome job. When an outdoor faucet ? Valve broke ( not his fault ) he replaced piping placed new indoor shut off valve even though not part of original project.Very pleased w end result, my adult daughter , son and his friends were raving about the remodel of both the bathroom and laundry room. "I'm remodeling a rental property, was looking for help to get things done faster. Contacted All Builds Construction to do drywall/tape/mud/finish ceilings in two rooms. Found out during the estimate they can do much more than just drywall. Ended up also having them install kitchen cabinets and countertops. Everything from communication to price to workmanship were all great, no complaints at all. I would absolutely recommend them, and will certainly call the next time I need more work done. Takessha walked me through everything that they were going to do, take out tub, remove all tile and drywall.I had a drain pipe, that ran along my tub on the outside wall. We worked it out that, Takesha would have to pack out the wall a extra 21/2, to make it all work. Takesha and John really impressed me., they were amazing. They were super clean and coved everything. "The project was just completed, and we have had our final electrical and building inspections. We have no issues with the sales process and I only have high praise for the sales rep Bob Zielinski. We did have an issue of the price going up due to a change in the room configuration after signing the initial contract, but Bob handled it very well and to our satisfaction. We appreciate his efforts and the cooperation of management in coming to a reasonable compromise regarding the price increase. We experienced a very long delay due to the necessity to re-route the water main (water well) line which was broken when my concrete contractor was digging for footers. Once the footers were installed the final measurements were able to proceed. The materials were available in stock a bit earlier than anticipated and we able to easily schedule the installation. The installation and electrical crews were extremely professional and did excellent work. We were initially a bit disappointed in the insulation where the addition attaches to the house siding. While the work meets code and was approved by the city building inspector, we believed that there should be additional flashing and/or caulking along the entire line of attachment to the house. It seemed that there was a gap between the insulation and the end of the vertical beams, although they were fully attached and insulated. As soon as I brought this to the attention of the office, I immediately received a call back from the construction supervisor. He expressed a concern that any additional caulking would not match the structure or the house and therefore would not look good. They offered to send a crew out to evaluate what could be done. A crew showed up within an hour (the original construction team). They evaluated my concern and found a caulking material that exactly matched the siding on my house. Within an hour the caulking was applied, and the project has a better and more finished look. The construction and electrical work were completed on time, and my desires regarding the use of additional caulking were addressed in a most professional and satisfactory manner. We chose Patio Enclosures for this job because of the excellent work was done by their Stanek Windows division in installing a new custom patio door two years ago. Now the door leads into a wonderful new double pane glass, three season sunroom, with a solid sloping roof. The new structure matches the patio door exactly. We are very pleased with the work that was performed and the customer service that we received. I would only caution that if someone wants to get a job like this done properly, and with the highest-grade materials and workmanship, it will probably cost quite a bit more than they are planning to spend. In the end we believe the addition is worth the price and will add much value to the house as well as many enjoyable days and evenings using the room in the Spring, Summer, and Fall."
