He estimated correctly that the siding on the front of the house could be reused and pointed out how the design needed to be altered slightly as work progressed. Due to the fairness of his price, I believe he is in high demand, and overlooked delays in responsiveness. We got a quote of $10,000 for the same job by one of the big firms in the area, where you may not have to wait as long. For me, it was well worth the savings to wait and be understanding."
