We remodeled our second bedroom by turning it into two separate rooms, and totally reconfigured our guest bathroom. They kept us fully informed about the progress, and we’re so happy with the results. Their original time estimate was 3-4 weeks for the work, and we finished at 3 weeks to the day. Javier even worked with us on the front end of the project to help us get to a place where we were comfortable moving forward financially. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a home remodeling service."

"We are just loving our remodeled basement which started as unfinished space and was completely transformed! - to include a new guest room area, full bath, game area with built-in bookcases with granite tops, wetbar-like area, LVT flooring, carpeting, drywall, painting. appliance installation, electrical/lighting with dimmer switches. We liked working with James Park because he does exactly what he says he is going to do, and if something needs attention, he takes care of it right away. The only reason for 4 rating instead of 5 stars as to quality was that some corrections were needed along the way (but they were made and we are totally happy now). He stuck pretty much to the schedule - sometimes working weekends or holidays to keep the project on track. Why we ended up choosing this firm is because of the upfront concept model that helped us visualize the space and the relatively easy process to negotiate the contract. The price was not the lowest, but when there were a few unexpected items that came up in the project, we didn't have to incur additional cost because James recommended some tradeoffs we could do instead. We definitely recommend Sky Construction and would use them again in future remodeling projects."

"I had previously hired ET Contractors for tree removal work and now wasnted a paver patio installed. Julio Excobar came out and provided a very competitive price, and included a firepit in he plan. His team showed up as promised. The work was done beautifully, and the site cleaned up. Additionally, Julio's team used the stones from an old patio and installed a walkway to our deck. The project looks better than was hoped for. I will hire ET Contractors again for my my next need,"

Patrick was with us from concept to permitting to demo to build and we are absolutely thrilled with our new space. We had a loft space that made several hundred square feet of unusable space in our house. Patrick worked with us to understand the design options, work us through the concept and process, did all of the permitting and managed the process from start to finish. We now have a full third bedroom in our house, a brand new walk-in closet, a new ceiling and lighting in our kitchen and we also had them replace all of the carpeting in our second bedroom, hall, two staircases and a closet. We can’t recommend them enough and Patrick will be our first call the next time we need to renovate."
