"Our experience with Dynamic Basements Plus was fantastic! They recently completed a project that involved finishing a large portion of the basement. Chris, Allyson, and everyone else that participated in the project exceeded our expectations. Initially, Chris and Allyson came out to look over the space and understand what we were looking to have done. They listened carefully and advised on what other items to consider. More importantly, Chris advised against certain additional work that other contractors had recommended, even though these additions would result in a higher cost for the project, as he knew the finished result would not meet our expectations. I am very happy that I listened to him. The quote was very detailed and he went over all aspects of the project beforehand to ensure that we were on the same page. The work was initiated on the exact day that he said it would and proceeded at a swift pace. We were able to visit his supplier's showroom to choose from a vast selection of materials. He has a wealth of construction knowledge across many areas and was able to answer all of our questions during each phase of the project. Communication was top-notch! He would touch base with us before and after any work was performed to make sure that it was to our liking and give details on the timing of the next step. "Timber and Meghan were great to work with. The price for the work was extremely reasonable and Timber was very flexible and creative with solutions. The original plan was to power wash and treat the existing fence and pergola. Timber suggested going over the old fence with a new fence and building a new pergola.The overall cost for these changes was pretty much the materials. We provided Timber with a photo of a pergola that we found on line and he recreated it flawlessly. I cannot praise Timber highly enough. We are thrilled with the new deck. One of our friends is a retired home builder who is never impressed. He had nothing but praise for the quality and craftsmanship of the work. We already have plans to engage Timber for additional projects. PS We had to order a new dishwasher while Timber was here. He installed it for us and took the old one away."

No shortcuts were taken and we could not be more happy with how the work came out. We had a wall taken down and we have carpet ripped up for hardwood floors. Both the floors and the beam that went in to replace the load bearing wall look phenomenal! There was also a very calm sense and great attitude from the team. "We were extremely pleased with the work Kurt did on our house. He replaced the rotting wooden trim around four of our windows, replaced sections of our siding which were in rough shape, fixed a soffit and fascia that were water-damaged due to a poorly set up gutter, and a few other smaller repairs. The quality of his work was excellent, and so was his work ethic and communication. He was also very good about pointing out things that he found during the course of the work which were either done improperly before, or were a good idea to fix along with what else was being done. He always contacted us with a description (usually with a photo) and an estimate of the cost of any additional work. He was very courteous, punctual and not at all pushy. We would definitely recommend him, and will gladly call him again for our future projects."

"Plow and Property has completed several projects for us on a very old and neglected rental property and we are so glad we found them. The first job was a vacant house clean out. The house was left in truly appalling condition. The cleaning crew worked and worked and worked so hard and so long I was telling them to stop. They made a filthy house fresh and pleasant again. I would not have thought it could be restored to such a fresh condition. The next job was replacing the old casement windows which were rotted wood frames in crumbly 1950â s cement. They not only repaired the window foundation area but other foundation ugly spots as well and put in beautiful new sturdy basement sliding windows. They also re-dug and replaced the adjoining window wells which were undoubtedly the original wells and were falling apart. Regraded the foundation area around the wells and reseeded without being asked. While they were in the basement doing the windows they cleaned a bunch of that up too so itâ s no longer a horror movie waiting to be filmed down there. Everything they did was simply above and beyond. Wesley Vercosa has returned my many questions and concerns with lots of information and smiles, bless him. My retired husband worked in construction for many years and he is happy and impressed with the work. We are planning more work with them already."
