"Bill and his partner Alan did an excellent job remodeling our master and guest bathrooms at a very reasonable price. They were incredibly easy to work with from the day that Bill came out to provide an estimate through the completion of the project. Upon arrival at our home each day, Bill would walk me through everything he and Alan intended to accomplish. He always asked questions about the details of each project to ensure I was happy with every aspect of the job. There were absolutely no surprises. Our master bathroom was in really bad shape before the renovation; we had tiles beginning to shift off the walls of the shower because the builder had taken a short-cut, placing tiles directly on standard drywall. This had allowed moisture to seep behind the tiles. When renovating our bathroom, Bill took no such short-cuts. Our bathroom now has a complete Schluter system. Not only does the tile job look fantastic, we also no longer have to worry about mold developing in our bathrooms. Once our master bathroom was complete, we were so happy with the work that we decided to renovate our guest bathroom as well. I selected hexagon tiles for the flooring, which are more complicated to install than square or rectangular tiles. Again, Bill and Alan did an amazing job; the tiles are level and the grout lines are uniform. TL;DR - Excellent craftsmanship at a great value. No compromises on quality of work.Â"

"KBA has been the best decision we made to renovate 3 bathrooms.  1. Pricing- very very competitive. I had taken quotes from 6 licensed contractors from Angi, yelp and just Google search. They beat all! 2. Organization- they took 1/2 day to just tape and protect all the non accessible elements to ensure dust or flooring is not impacted for this long term project. Workers would be here exactly 8 am and leave around 5 including Saturday. 3. Cleanliness- They would do as much cleaning as possible every evening to ensure you are not bothered every night. 4. Quality - Work as pictures show, it's beautiful. All the lines angles and perfection that would exceed your expectations. Materials used were at par with industry standards and waterproofing was also perfect. Even glass installer were surprised how precise the lines were. 5. Above and beyond - they fixed issues like water damage, vent disconnection, incorrect wall angles at very reasonable price. 6. Kudos - to Dany, Urias, Joseph, Chris, all other workers who helped throughout last 3 weeks. I would recommend this company without any doubt."

"Steve and his team showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. I needed a wood burner stove installed. The wood burner salesman recommended cutting off some of the stonework where the stove would be installed. Steve came up with a much better, shorter and cheaper idea where he came in and just made round holes where the stove legs would be."

It started with the president of the company calling to see if everything was starting on schedule and to our satisfaction. During the work, there were some problems, but they handled every single issue promptly, professionally, and to our total satisfaction. The materials and their choices were outstanding.
