"I would highly recommend Simple Visions Home Remodeling. Lou, who came out to go over my bathroom remodel job with me, listened intently to what I wanted and made some really good suggestions to boot. Brandon and Julio did the work quickly and professionally and left the job site cleaner than when they started. I accidentally had other contractors in doing work at the the same time and the coordination with others went very well. I've since hired Simple Visions again to do some work on the house we just moved into and will hire them again in the future. Invoicing was clear and I could pay on-line. A great team. We couldn't be happier!"

"A 5 Star Service Plus! The quality of workmanship was beyond expectations. Any Homeowner choosing to work with this company will be very pleased. The experienced crew is hard working, punctual, productive, honest, thoughtful, respectful, and with complete competence, A team that that will make your visions come to life. I had an old Redwood Deck that was in bad need of repairs or replaced, I called them on a Friday not expecting a call back until Monday. Surprise, the call back was almost immediately, Robert was getting to leave town but offered to come out that day. That was the second surprise! WOW I thought those are two good starts. I told him to enjoy his trip and made an appointment for the following week. I had several options but decided on a new deck. The most beautiful two-tone Trex Deck was created which can be seen on their website. Rocky Harbor and Spiced Rum trim. Additional projects were also done for us. Two small upper decks, railings, stairs were replaced. Flat top roof over a room addition, painting and all the other little things we can't do anymore that I needed done. Thank you Robert and Tyler Hunter, Matt, Alex, Kayla, Travis, Amber for a job well done. It was our pleasure and enjoyment to work with all of you. You have made two seniors extremely, extremely happy. John and Sharon Vance"

"Landmark construction Energy Crew did a room addition to our house, it was clear that additions are their specialty. This was the first time we remodeling so we were new to the process and to the stages of the project, Ezra, was our project manager, took care of everything and it went smoothly. We are really happy and satisfied with the results and are so happy we went with them. All the workers were always on time, they are honest and open to ideas and questions we had. We knew we wanted to add another bedroom to our house but were not really sure about the specifics. They shared their ideas while working with ours, they truly know how to work with their customers which made this whole experience so much easier. We heard stories in the past about companies surprising customers with hidden fees which results in paying more for the project than originally planned. The price we agreed on was the same from beginning to end.

"I contacted R & R Remodeling because they were recommended to me through my church.  They came out to assess the situation promptly and gave me an estimate within just a few days.  The fee seemed reasonable to me, and this window was preventing further progress on our living room project, so we said yes.  They began work the next week.
I was very pleased with the work of Bill the framer who works with R & R Remodeling experts.  He got started a bit later in the morning than I was expecting, but that is the only thing that I have to say that is even slightly less than glowing.  Bill was very knowledgeable and professional throughout.  He was very thoughtful and concerned about getting the window weather sealed and making everything look as if this work never needed to be done in the first place.  He cleaned up after himself as he went along.  He had all the tools he needed for the job with him and worked steadily and efficiently until the job was done.  If only all builders could be like this.  This window is now perfectly installed in our living room wall and we can proceed with trimming it out and finishing our project.  Yay!"

"Just finished our kitchen and bathroom remodel with Ocean Seven Builders and happy we went with them. Ron helped us through the whole process and made it simple. He was always available when we had questions and gave honest advice when we were choosing materials. The kitchen looks open and bright now, and the bathroom finally feels updated instead of old and cramped. Solid work and good people."

"â The entire team were amazing. We were very hesitant and nervous about the remodel of our master bath as we had not done a remodel before. We interviewed others and continued to delay the project each year as we heard so many nightmarish bathroom remodel stories from friends, until we met Expert Home Builders owner. He kept his promises about budget and timing and delivered even more than we expected. His team arrived and departed according to plan, were extremely neat and even protected our very new hardwood floors (which they had to walk across numerous times daily) from any damage. Our bathroom is everything we hoped for and have been enjoying it for nearly a year. Thank you for a wonderful work !"

"Josh is amazing!  He was very helpful and skillful.  We had many things that needed to be installed/repaired.  He completed everything that we asked in a professional manner.

"They did a good job. She had to submit like a photo but my daughter had them work on the central are of the loft. The deal was for one room. She got a lot of good ideal from her and it was worth it for her. They were professional and I did not hear anything negative."

"It is a waste of money. The great majority of people are not going to find any value out of the service. If you need design consultation, you need a full service consultation. If you already have knowledge and experience, and you just need to get a few ideas, then you don't need to pay for that. You can just get a magazine or a book since you already have the knowledge of basic designs in your head or a little bit of experience. To have someone call you and give you information over the phone, you are not getting the personal service that you need. You may as well take the money $49 and apply it to something else like getting someone else to come out and give you the service that you need. Because, you are not getting much, you are not getting anything at all. They are going to have you do the work. After talking to them and I was talking to other home designers, I found out that that was a waste of time and waste of money. I gave them a C because they didn't fail at what they do but they don't offer any value for what they do. There's not much value to it. The cost was fair. They didn't do a terrible job and the cost isn't terrible, it was only $49. It just has a very low value. For responsiveness I gave them a B because they will answer your phone and answer your emails."
