"the finished cabinets do look good but on his last day, he said he had completed the job. however, the next day, i realized he had not placed trim on all the edges. it took months for them to come back and complete the job. also, for the glass inset cabinets, they are not held in place by the correct size brackets so they "wiggle" and are not sturdy. in addition, he didn't use a long enough screw to hold one of the doors in place and it fell off within 3 months"

They have been very responsive and cooperative and the pricing was more competitive than bids from contractors locally and in Northern Virginia. We are very pleased with the results of this small bathroom remodeling, which required some rescheduling due to a problem with the vanity top not fitting following a mistake made by Lowe's with their manufacturer. Once the job was finished, I had a few questions/concerns and they rescheduled the remodeler to return and take care of those concerns promptly. The finished work was superb. My wife selected the colors she wanted and once the materials arrived the work began.
