"The team that performed the work were punctual, courteous, professional, neat, and the roof looks great (and no more leaking). Gary took time out of his holiday/vacation to personally contact me to make sure the project was completed to my satisfaction. The professionalism and customer service is really impressive. Bottom line: Perry Hall Remodeling goes above and beyond to make sure you're happy and truly satisfied with the job. I am!"

"Work results were excellent. The dormer was a complicated project, requiring coordination of framers, roofers, painters, electricians, drywall installers, hardwood installers, and probably others I forgot to mention. Dave’s people did great work, always polite and on time. Most importantly, Dave himself was proactive, always in close contact and quickly responsive. He never tried to upsell us, or sell additional work — I had to ask him to look at our deteriorated front steps after work started on the dormer, and was happy that he could fit that project in for us, too. Finally, we found Dave’s pricing to be fair and competitive. All and all, Precision Remodeling Inc. offered great value for the money. We would definitely hire them again in the future."

Walter also helped with the selection of the new materials. We plan to use again for a full bathroom remodel."

He and his team did an extremely marvelous job for the additional master bath and old bath remodel They look beautiful and credential. I have given 5 plus stars review for their job through google review. Today I want to recognize MR. He is doing his best to uphold the vkb company core values by guaranteeing a two-year warranty of the quality. "I hired TMS to add a bedroom, laundry room and bathroom to my home. I wasn't sure exactly how it could be done on my budget, but Ted made it happen! He spent a lot of time planning and discussing the project with me, making necessary changes with my approval and explaining the process. The rooms turned out well above my expectations; their work is outstanding. They are honest and very trustworthy; I would not hesitate to hire them again and would highly recommend them!
