"Three terms you don't hear when speaking about contractors : Honesty, timely and effecient and pride of Workmanship. If you use Liam Neary Construction you will be using these terms and smiling as you tell others about your amazing experience. I had a leak in my roof with water coming in through the chimney. The water came into the utilitiy room creating a mini swimming pool and the hot water tank shut down. Liam came out within an hour of my phone call got my water running showed me how to clean the sensor for the future and reset the hot water tank. He scheduled to come out later that day to replace flashing on the roof to hopefully fix the problem. Unfortunately for me, it was not the full resolution. In the next rainstorm, I got water in the chimney again and reached out to Liam. This time it was a saturday and was thinking I might see him at the start of the work week or need to pay crazy money just to get him to show up. This was not my experience he showed up in 2 hours reviewed what he had done and come up with a new solution. He determined that the chimney needed some additional work and adjusted the price because of the original work that he had done correctly, but did not solve the problem completely. This contractor is the real deal. If you have a problem give him a call today. He will make your life easier and resolve your problems quickly. For the job done right call Liam Neary."

"We would definitely hire PAV Construction again for any home project. They were highly professional, on-time, on-budget, always very pleasant, and their work is OUTSTANDING! This was a major remodel of the entire downstairs of our home with wall removal and wall construction, new windows, doors, new kitchen, installation of hardwood floors throughout the first floor, rebuilding of staircase, hardwood flooring in the upstairs hallway, basement flooring and ceiling. The work exceeded our expectations!! it is absolutely beautiful! Pavlin, the owner, offered excellent suggestions for the remodel. His communication was incredible. "I hired Adam to do a complete renovation on my tiny beach cottage. This was completed in January. In addition to my kitchen project they also installed a new front door and new side door (side door is in the kitchen) The kitchen remodel involved the removal of 2 walls and making 3 small rooms into one big spacious eat in kitchen with a breakfast nook. My laundry room was conveniently relocated to the basement and a small bathroom off my kitchen was updated as well. The workers were very respectful ,quiet, and cleaned up every day. I waited a bit longer than anticipated for the cabinets to come in but once they arrived, the project got started and the job moved right along. I was able to customize the design and much of the kitchen which was really important to me. I was also able to add upgrades and change my mind on some things late in the game. Adam always answered my calls and was able to accomodate my wishes. My new kitchen is beautiful and I would highly recommend Nauset Kitchens. "Kreative Barns recently added an addition to our home. The result was absolutely beautiful and was completed exactly as designed. We were adamant it not look like an afterthought....when completed it looked as though it was part of the original home. We couldn't have been happier, the project exceeded our expectations! Konstantin is a truly a professional who listens and is very easy to work with. The cost was fair and there were no surprises, such as additional costs at every turn. His crew were among the best.... timely, courteous professionals (no profanity or loud music, such as we experienced in the past). We were thrilled with the finish work.
