I've counted on Nunez Construction and Painting for all of it. The first job they did was to repair some siding on the house. Prior to our move, we then wanted to gut and remodel the second floor apartment where we live. Mr. Nunez and his crew did a great job. More recently, our basement became flooded with sewage. We called him again to help with this project and install a new floor. We are always very satisfied customers. The work is great and reasonably priced. "From gutting the old bathroom, to installing the new one, OZ was fantastic. They gave us a timeframe for the job, and they kept to that schedule. (They finished 1 day ahead of schedule!) The entire staff at OZ was a pleasure to deal with. The workers that performed the demo and the remodel always arrived on time. They were very careful to secure the area with plastic tarps, and canvas floor runners, so as not to soil, or damage, our home. We are very pleased with our new bathroom."
