"I was very pleased with the quality of work to repair my porch. Some steps and posts needed replacement in addition to the railing. I certainly will use them again."

"Ann was very professional from start to finish. She was always available to answer any questions that we had; and genuinely seemed to care about our happiness. We highly recommend her for any restoration or remodel projects."

"Overall we are very pleased with the results. Donny Daugherty, our salesman and job manager, was very professional, responsive and easy to work with. He had ideas on how to deal with the grade of the backyard when others did not. We had to coordinate the delivery of a hot tub and associated electrical so the job was a little more than just a patio, but Donny was always flexible. The slightly lower score on punctuality and professionalism is due to the concrete subcontractor, Tad. He's team did a good job and we are very pleased with the result, including modifications in design that he suggested but his approach was a bit surly and his communication was lacking on when he was going to show up. Since he has a face to the customer, while not horrible, it was not pleasant dealing with him directly. He is very good at his job, but did not represent the company well when dealing directly with the customer."

"Remodel was excellent. Jim did a fantastic job, stuck to the schedule and everything turned out great."

"Working with this team on both a boat dock inside the home project, I found them extremely professional from the office staff/ workers project leader. They took all the time I needed to fully explain my ideas and then they made several additional recommendations (not in a pushy way) to consider to help ensure the final project was all that I expected. As the project progressed I always felt I was being updated and fully understanding each step. In many projects, unexpected issues sometimes arise but Richard took the time to explain them and let me so I could make any changes I felt were needed or could wait until another project. In the end, everything was far beyond my expectations and within budget. I fully plan to use them again have highly recommended them to all my friends and to you this review reader also."

"They were always on time. He Always cleaned up behind himself. Very nice and polite. The quality of the work is great. We are using them again for our master bathroom remodel and then on to the kitchen remodel after that. We would highly recommend them for any of your remodeling needs. Easy financing also. Do yourself a favor and hire them you won't regret it."

"Cooney Homes has a very professional team, and the process of booking our home repair was seamless from start to finish. Unlike many companies that require a minimum job size, Cooney was willing to take on our project right away and accommodated us quickly. Samuel, who coordinated the appointment and logistics, was incredibly professional, patient, and thorough in explaining the next steps. I also truly appreciated the professionalism and courtesy of the staff who arrived on site. I would recommend them to anyone in the Orlando area, and will be saving their contact info. They gained a customer for life."

"We couldn’t be happier with the work Jorge and his team did on our home. They completely transformed it by installing new flooring throughout the entire house, including a beautiful staircase, and remodeling two bathrooms. The craftsmanship and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. The tile work is perfectly aligned, the stair treads look seamless, and every transition is clean and professional. The bathrooms turned out absolutely stunning—from the large-format tile and fluted wood vanities to the custom shower glass and brushed gold fixtures. Everything looks modern, elegant, and built to last. What impressed me most was Jorge’s professionalism. He communicated clearly throughout the project, showed up when he said he would, kept the job site organized, and made sure every detail was done right. His crew worked hard, respected our home, and took pride in their craftsmanship. Finding a contractor you can trust is difficult, but Jorge earned ours. If you’re looking for some"

"Thank you so much for helping us with our project. We really appreciated the time you took to listen to us and answer questions, and for stopping by on a Saturday to help guide us in color and style decisions. We are extremely pleased with the selections! We also want to thank you and your team for your punctuality, professionalism and hard work. We know the demo work was not what you were expecting, and we appreciated how hard you all worked to make sure the project was done on time. We appreciated your expertise and the time you took to hear our concerns and create a solution to direct the flow of water off the patio. So far it is doing what you said it would do… You have a great work ethic and wonderful customer service skills… We will definitely refer you to friends, clients, family and will call you when it’s time for another project."
