"Bob and his team did a very nice job renovating my bathroom. The job included completely gutting the bathroom: walls, ceiling, flooring, and replacing tub/shower and vanity.  Bob also took care of pulling permits from the town and ensuring everything passed inspections.
We love our new bathroom and were pleased with the guys Bob pulled together to handle the plumbing, electrical, etc. Bob was very responsive and went out of his way to do the renovations while keeping the toilet in place for as long as possible, since this is our only bathroom in the house.
He was completely open to my ideas throughout the project, including my request for some nice wooden shelves, which came out beautiful.
The only challenge during the project was scheduling. Since the tile guy wasn't available during the dates he was originally scheduled to work on our reno, we had a week of down-time, waiting for the project to wrap-up. 
Bob makes himself very accessible to the customer, and it was a relief to know that I could text him if any issues came up. In fact, when we discovered issues with a slow drip from the new vent, he came right out and made changes to the piping in the attic to address the problem. 
The  renovation cost is for everything except the cost of the new vanity and faucet, shower heads and bath hardware, most of the floor and decorative wall tile, and painting of the room. I paid for those expenses separately.
In addition to my bathroom renovation, I actually had Bob handle a few smaller projects in my house: replacing basement windows and a storm door. Again, his guys did a great job.

"When we started our plan of remodeling, the first thing we did was the complete roof replacement including kitchen vent & duct pipe installation to the roof, and new installation of attic ventilation. The crews, Zen and Mark, were very courteous, extensively experienced, reliable, and friendly with excellent communication, sometimes with songs of 80s rock music. They ask me when more precise specifications are needed and notified me when they feel advance notifications are required. When a change is necessary due to inspection, they informed me and clarified what and why. I have never felt uncomfortable in living together with the remodel job which has lasted over four months. The completed two bathrooms were stunning, just as I imagined. Matt, Zen, and Mark have proved their strong & thoughtful expertise and lived up with my request patiently until completion. Great job.
