"We have a blocked  AC condensation pipe in the basement, that was overflowing onto the floor. We could not run the AC at all & its was really hot that day and I contacted Heil plumbing. They were able to come out  same day. They found where the pipe exited the house, and identified  that the builder that put in a terminus , directly into the dirt. The  dirt and condensation created a clay that blocked the pipe completely. The Heil team, dug out the pipe, cut the pipe terminus off, and advised me on different options on how to keep it from clogging again in future. Great job, fast response and professional team.
