From the start, communication with him was excellent. I provided him with a detailed description of the job, along with model numbers and photos of my existing system. He reviewed everything carefully rather than giving me a quick, generic quote. I received another bid for comparison, but the other contractor was significantly more expensive and wanted to upsell me. It was refreshing that Josh understood I had done my research, knew what I wanted, and didn't pressure me into unnecessary upgrades. "I spent about $4,000 on the work. My overall experience with them was good. There is this one room that still feels like it just gets a lot less air than all the other rooms. I called before and they came out and looked at it and put a crimp in the duct to make it slow and it did not really work and I haven?t called him back because I have been super busy. They came in and did the work very promptly and did it as promised and said that they were going to remove in one day and replace everything the next day. It was all done and it was very clean and tidy. They always return my calls and that part went really well."
