Silas was very friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. He found the issue but could not fix permanently that day, He did provide a temporary fix and returned early the next morning to complete the work as promised. "I had no issues with Sears. Everything was taken care of just like they said. Then explained how the system works and things I needed to check. Kelly from Sears called about 3 or 4 times to tell me when they will start and then checked to make sure it did. She gave me her number and told to her if if any addl help was needed on her end. The two men that came out and put the system in and did a great job. They did very little talking to each other while working.
