"This company is so professional and courteous. I contacted 5 different companies for quotes and these guys and one other contractor were the only two who did not trash talk every other company. Trash talking another company really does nothing for a business. Jed worked very hard at getting us a low price and was extremely prompt in their service. No they do not have a "showy" showcase at their place of business like some do but then they pass that savings onto the customer. The two receptionists were extremely professional and polite. In my opinion I would recommend these people to anyone. We ended up replacing both the air conditioner and furnace as well as had a humidifier installed, as well as two new air return ducts cut in. "Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.
