"They did a good job. We're on a plan with them. They're good. They do everything they were supposed to do and then they replace the filter and stuff. They replaced an air conditioner, a whole house air conditioner AC heater for us at another house then we moved and this was a rental and they came, they serviced this one too. They're very professional."

"Great service tech. replaced a capacitor and got us up and got us running. Cleaned the unit as well. Joined the Shamrock Club. WATCH OUT FOR THE FREE PLUMBING INSPECTION!! Was an excuse to try and sell us a new hot water system for $10,500.00. Service is good ... say no to Plumbing Inspection"

"I pay $75 annually for a certain amount of appliances to be covered. What we didn't know is that you still have to pay a service call fee and if the technician deems the appliance still functional they will not fix it and if the technician says there is nothing wrong with the appliance, they will not fix it. In other words, the appliance has to be completely broken in order for them to fix it."
