"Our old Kenmore washer started making horrible noises.  Bailed it out and contacted our home warranty company, Old Republic.  They sent our request to one of their contractors, Appliance Protection, LLC .  Old Republic said that I would hear from Appliance Protection, LLC by that afternoon.  I didn't hear back from Appliance Protection, LLC. so that evening I called and explained that I was covered by Old Republic and was told that they had not been contacted by Old Republic. I was put on their schedule for the following day.  As promised, Sam showed up within the time period I was given.  He had the part with him and was able to make the repair quickly.  His fee was $75, which is the cost to us through our Old Republic coverage

"Will Rorer did an absolutely fantastic job remodeling my kitchen. I had a tight budget and an unusual old kitchen and he was unfailingly flexible, cheerful, and helpful in making everything work. A number of challenges came up during the remodel, e.g. he suggested putting in recessed lights, but there was a dropped ceiling that added a day of work. I switched up the floor, first from tile and then to one color and then another color of wood linoleum tongue-and-groove stuff, and he rolled with the punches. He negotiated a granite countertop at a great price. He painted the cabinets and he and the guy he works with actually remodeled one cabinet so the fridge I bought (which was an inch too high) could fit underneath it. He seemed to care about the kitchen looking good and working well about as much as I did! He also came back to touch up little things: the edging on the wall-painting, a tweak with the dishwasher, and was just as cheerful."
