"I would recommend R&J Preventative! My oven went out and I needed it fixed right away. The big appliance store where we bought it (five years ago) said they could come after Christmas :( I'm happy to say it's already fixed! As soon as I submitted an inquiry through Angi last night, I got a call right away from the owner. He was super understanding and polite. He sent a technician first thing this morning. The technician was friendly, polite and professional. He showed me everything he was doing. I will call R&J the next time I need help. (They fix pretty much everything!) I appreciate the calls and texts I got from the other contractors through Angi, but am happy with the work that R&J provided."

"I had dryer issues and Don was my tech who was very thorough and knowledgeable. He made the repair process much easier for me! Thank you Neli Virtual Appliance Repair! I will be back!"

"Frankie came back today & tried to clear a blockage in our refrigerator's evaporator coil. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to do so but spent at least 2 hours of work trying. All he charged us was his $50 call fee. He also advised us that we should replace the fridge. We were very impressed with his honesty and would highly recommend him to anyone needing appliance repairs."

"I had an outstanding experience with MVFix for repairing my kitchen dishwasher. From the moment I scheduled the appointment, their communication was exceptional-prompt responses to my inquiries, clear explanations of the process, and a friendly tone that immediately put me at ease. The technician arrived right on time, which was a huge relief during a busy week, and he greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism that made the whole interaction enjoyable. He quickly diagnosed the issue, provided a detailed and accurate quote upfront with no hidden surprises or upselling, demonstrating true transparency and expertise. Valentine's master-level professionalism shone through in every step: he worked efficiently yet carefully, explaining what he was doing as he went along, he was polite, respectful of my home, and even shared a few helpful maintenance tips to prevent future problems. If you're dealing with appliance issues call MVFix. Highly recommend!!!"

"Frank was on time and very courteous and professional. He pinpointed the problem quickly. I needed a compressor control module. He didn't have one, so he went and picked one up for me. He installed it and my fridge works like new. If ever i have an issue with any of my appliances, i will not hesitate to call him. Professional, polite and honest!"

"Pleasant repairman. Gave an honest assessment that my 6 year old clothes dryer just might not be a good value to repair....for the cost. Was used to thinking that gas dryers should last for 15 years, but he calmly burst that bubble regarding the quality of most appliances on the market today. Glad I took his advice, instead of throwing good money at an "older" appliance. Not happy that it has to be this way, but it is what it is."

"Have been using Advantage Appliance for many years...wonderful customer service, affordable and honest. Needed to find out if my moms old washer was repairable. Kevin responded to my call very quickly and came out the next day and was able to repair at a reasonable cost. This is the only business I would use for repairs on my appliances. I highly recommend!"

"Was able to fix oven on the same day. Fast and professional service. Good communication."

"The service technicians from A+ Appliance Repair came out and diagnosed the problem with my clothes dryer not heating. They were able to repair it immediately. It's always nice when you need a repair company that carries parts with them instead of having to be ordered and then come back. The technicians were very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. It's no wonder why A+ has so many 5 star reviews and satisfied customers. I highly recommend A+ Appliance Repair!"
