"Bob Phalan is an exceptionally experienced and talented craftsman. He is very astute in his analysis and project planning with a very strong work ethic. Bob explained in detail what he needed to do to rebuild our front door awning and posts while maintaining the integrity of the original awning and masonry in place. Bob stayed in communication every step of the way and worked very hard to create a beautiful and strong front door awning and support posts for our home. We are very happy with the finished product and will most definitely call Phalan Construction and Handyman to work on our future home projects. "I am extremely happy with AJ's service, start to finish. We initially reached out for an estimate at the beginning of 2015. A representative came to our house to explain all the different products as well as pricing and timing. I had reached out to 2 other companies before hand but was not comfortable their high pressure selling. AJ was very patient with us regarding our timing and budget. I received an estimate on the spot and was able to take my time to review and get back to them. We scheduled the work for May and was able to have 7 Windows removed and replaced in only a few hours. We are very impressed with the quick respond time, professionalism and quality of work including cleanup. We plan on using AJ to replace the remaining Windows as well as a sliding glass door in early 2016.

"United Home Solutions converted my old, dingy bathroom with tub into a more modern one with a shower, I am very pleased with everything. They were very good at being transparent and explaining things to me before we started the job and then continuing to communicate as things came up. The project took a little longer than anticipated, but part of that was due to them pro-actively recognizing when we needed to change the plan. For example, we originally planned to keep the plumbing exactly where it had been, but couldn't do that with the new curb of the shower. They recognized this, let me know and took the time to update the plumbing so it met the need of the newly designed space. In addition, they were very pleasant to work with and when i had questions or concerns addressed them. They also provided guidence when i needed it, but also allowed me space to make my own decisions, and were never pushy. I recommend working with Alessandro and the team at United Home Solutions!"
