"They were punctual and thorough. Design was somewhat complex with a large pergola and when there were solutions that needed to be arrived at the communication was excellent. Quality of the construction is very high quality and precise. We have had a lot of work done on our house and one thing that seemed to be a common thread among contractors was that once the sub-contractors got started the contractor would leave. Often-times the subs would take advantage of this and cut corners or do sub-standard work that would have to be done over again. This was not the case with Southern Decks. The brothers that are owner-contractors and make sure that they are present at all times when work is being done. They are very accommodating when there are changes that come up and either do the work or communicate a very fair price for the extra work. They do not take advantage of being in the middle of a project to impose extra charges. The work on the deck infrastructure was so good in its integration with the structure of our house that some areas of the floors inside of the house were notably more stable. It is as if we also received work to further reinforce the subfloor in part of our house for free. I wish there was a way to post pictures here because the deck and pergola is really awesome looking. I would heartily recommend Southern Decks for your deck project."

"Professional workmanship, ethical experience-based evaluation, exceptional customer service. Evans LLC, Inc. quickly responded to our request on “Angie’s” and asked for photos. Within 48hrs. a project manager arrived, patiently discussed our needs/concerns and made recommendations. He left us with a chart to select a paint colors. Our deck was restored using new wood in affected areas rather than totally replaced as some companies had suggested. Water damage on the bottom of an entry door frame was repaired rather than replaced. Kudos to Evan’s expert carpenter/painter. Our gutters and garage door glowed after pressure washing rather than painting. We decided to repaint our front porch railings and columns; a few years ago a previous painter did a poor job. We are pleased by our exceptional experience with Evans LLC, Inc. and are eager to “pass the word” to our family and friends."

"Circumstances required that I step up & take over a house in Nashville which was under construction by contractors who were disrespectful of the previous owner's personal property. Home and Business Services pitched in & helped me in so many ways I cannot possibly list them. I had to empty the house of almost all belongings, make substantial repairs throughout the house of every nature (electric, plumbing carpentry, you name it) , replace doors, take trips to the dump, paint some areas, etc. He did not say no to anything and everything was completed timely, to perfection. I then had to get the house up to Air BnB standards with new furnishings, hang artwork, organize, etc. I do not live anywhere near Nashville. There is no way the house would be up and running & doing well with its rentals without his services. He met deliveries, assembled furnishings, inspected the house and made sure everything was operable, etc. I am at max words: You won't find a better, kinder man."
