"My rug came back damp. Upsold rug pad then delivered a lower quality one. I had to prop my hand-made carpet up and use fans to thoroughly dry my carpet. Every professional rug cleaner knows the carpet needs to be thoroughly dried or the carpet will start to deteriorate. It also smelled musky when they returned it. I miss Nonni of Products of Great Imports."

"I was prepared to replace the carpet and sofa. The carpet had pet stains and the sofa looked like it was beyond help. I really liked the sofa and knew it would be costly to replace. Ryan and crew deep scrubbed the carpet and cleaned the sofa. Both turned out better than I hoped."

"I was expecting a deeper cleaning to my carpets for the price paid. Yes, my high traffic areas are a little worn but there are areas of the stairs and hallways that could have been better cleaned. There also are areas where it was spot treated that are very noticeable. One area that was cleaned well was the entrance from the garage. Good job on that part of carpet!"
