Removed existing poor grass,raked leveled the more weed block with river rock cover. Remaining lower track of grass removed replaced with sod Installed landscaping ties as border between rocks and sod. Suggested install of 3 arbivitae for privacy. We had a full bathroom remodel done. He tore down to the studs and rebuilt. The finished product is truly amazing.
