"This was a second time I called for the same problem. The first time, the icemaker was replaced. This time the technician was intent on finding the reason for the continued problem. I'm impressed with his diligence in going over everything and actually finding and fixing the reason for the continued issue. For the first time since last October, my icemaker is working again without fail. I can now retire the countertop icemaker I've had to rely on. Thank you so much!!! BTW, I purchased this warranty after NINE visits from a local appliance repair vendor who had replaced other parts but never fixed the problem."

"It was very worthwhile to use this service because the decorator answered some critical questions and kept me from making costly mistakes. It is a good place to start and the price was right for what she did. She spent 30 minutes on the phone talking to me but before that she spent a significant amount of time looking over photos and measurements that I submitted to her by email. She put a lot of time into the consult. This service would be great for choosing wall colors, flooring, and fabric for furniture. I will definitely keep her contact information for future projects.

My husband and I replaced 14 windows on our 1980's home, we were cautious and got several bids, Matt & Katie came in so low we wondered what kind of quality windows we would get. Well let me say to any prospective buyers out there...you will not be disappointed!! Our new windows are absolutely beautiful!! The installers were skilled and very efficient at their trade, they were also some of the kindest people ive met, very aware and courteous and respectful to my family and pets during the installation which was apx 2 days. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me. Overall, they're good designs. However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning. I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question. I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done. If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
