The measuring for the sunroom was on time as stated during ordering, but the person measuring for the new doors didnt show up for appointment, and after waiting three weeks, I had to call Champion to find out why. Their phone system is worthless and after waiting all day for someone to return my call, I again called. The first call sent me to a mailbox that stated mailbox full and call back. I then called back and had another person answer. She was unable to connect me with anyone (manager) as they never answer her call. Then I called the salesperson who came to our home. He contacted someone and they came to measure for doors in a few days. Every person that I had direct contact with were pleasant and knowledgeable. Phone operators were also pleasant, but useless to us when they are ignored by company representatives."
