Here are a couple of examples of how they go the extra mile for a satisfied customer: They installed their basement drainage system around my existing heating oil tank, but as I'm planning to convert away from oil this summer, they offered to come back AT NO EXTRA CHARGE once the tank is removed, to reroute the drainage system. Also, I was scheduled for a 3-day project, which included the replacement of some flooring in my basement. On the day the project began, we reconsidered the need for the flooring, and asked if we could cancel that portion of the job. "3 Son’s Siding & Gutters LLC did my roof about four months ago.They came and gave me a price that was more than fair…3 Son’s were very professional,work very safely.They stripped two layers, found that they had to get plywood and replace the whole roof, it was a bit more but they did the plywood, re-shingled the roof in the one day.i was very impressed with the way all the workers did what needed to be done. The job was done in a day and a half,all the mess was picked up went around the house with magnets picking up all the nails.All I can say I believe they are very professional, very concerned about how my property was left I think it was cleaner than when they started.Very good crew did a great job couldn’t be any happier.
