"PuroClean in Stevensville has now worked with me through two separate flood disasters to my home. In both instances they were professional, accessible, and did excellent work. Past reviews on Angie’s List (through 2016) May not reflect the company’s high quality performance under new ownership. I would recommend this PuroClean to family and friends."

"Overall very good. They did arrive an hour late without a call ahead of time to let us know. Otherwise service and outcome were great."

"The work was messy but The crew was very hard working. The jackhammer hit a pipe under our sink. They came back to fix that. While the amount of water was drastically reduced in our basement, I will never feel secure enough to finish it. They have returned 4-5 times to troubleshoot the problem because their service has a lifetime guarantee. The last time they came (2 years after original job) they added another sump pump and redug one of the ditches. It seems to have helped but I still see a very small amount of water seeping through a few cracks in the floor. With two small kids in the house, it's exhausting to keep having service people in and out of your house. I'm not happy it took so many visits, but I think overall that they were fairly quick in responding to my calls and getting out to our house."

"The work was done perfectly.  The technician arrived as scheduled, knew exactly what to do, braved the really rough winds to go out and do the job as it need to be done.  The result was a powerful dryer.  I would definitely use the services of this company again."

"When we called to set up the service, the person who answered the phone explained that this type of service is usually handled thru homeowners insurance and advised that we contact the insurance company, get a claim number and then call them back (saving us money as all we would have to pay was the deductible). The service tech was compassionate and VERY professional. He explained what he wanted to do, asked questions about how we wanted materials around the site handled and carefully cleaned and moved all that were staying. He wiped down cabinets and walls to insure that all fluids were removed. He carefully bagged and removed anything that could not be saved. While I hopdo not need this type of service again, if I did need it, I would not hesitate to use this company again."

"Very good. I use them for my rental property as well. Very good. Reliable. Cost is very appropriate for the service."

"The service was great. George was on time, friendly, and professional. I recommended him to a client after my original service was done and they were also very satisfied. He had the lowest estimate of 3 providers and a very diligent crew."
