"I had a wonderful experience with Boston Environment & Contracting. They came out on a Saturday to give me a quote and to get samples for testing. The quote was very reasonable and included everything from the removal to the air testing to take place after the removal. I got the quote on Saturday, got the asbestos tests back that Tuesday, and they came to the house to remove it all on Wednesday. By Friday they had gotten the air quality tests back and were able to remove all the safety plastic. This entire job took less than a week. They responded at 3 am, and at every single step of the way in what was a major disaster for our home, they were answering questions, providing guidance, and working nonstop with teams of 3 to 5 people to move all our items, protect what they could, rip out carpet and drywall as needed, and do the best drying job anyone could have wished for. The rapidity with which they took care of things in the first 24 hours likely saved us alot of trouble later on - but they also continued to provide us with follow up service, for the period the drying equipment was there, and well beyond, when I had many questions and issues with insurance.
