"Oscar and Carlos came to do the work. Oscar called me ahead of time to make sure I knew when they would arrive. They did a great job picking up piles of small rock debris that I left for them near my deck (probably 15 little piles). They also asked if they picked up enough of the rocks since there were small rocks and also bigger rocks and I asked them to pick up a little more for 2 of the piles. Oscar was happy to take care of it. I would totally hire these guys again. :-)

"Cleaned out the main sewer even though it didn't need cleaning. What was supposed be cleaned was the catch basin. Crew came over could not open the lid, told me that it would be up to me to open it. Then they would com back. You would think that they would how all the tools and no how to open any and all catch basin. They never called me back or followed up with me. I will never ever use them again. Very disappointed."

"We removed the wood paneling in the basement shortly after moving in.  That's when we noticed 13 cracks in the foundation.  None of them structural issues.  They came in and repaired all of them in one day.  A couple of them were difficult to get to due to stairs and piping, but they did a great job on all of them.

They dug  a trench to the sump pump, removed the standing water that had not been allowed to drain properly in the most efficient way, and replaced the inadequate sump pump with one that will do the job correctly. They brought enough of a crew to complete the job in half a day which we also appreciated.  They also filled a few cracks in the foundation walls to prevent any future leaks. We had worked with them before and knew that they were an honest and reputable firm."
