"Chris and his crew were excellent. The extent of Chris' knowledge was quite impressive. He made me feel like I was finally in good hands by showing and thoroughly discussing everything he found. During his inspection he checked every possible issue that could be causing the problems. He explained the repair processes necessary and showed me as he was doing them. They were courteous and cleaned up, leaving my property cleaner than when they arrived. "Rightway Waterproofing is the company you want to come and waterproof your basement. I had initially set up a job looking for pros through Angie's List. I was contacted by Rightway Waterproofing via phone and email but did not respond as life happens. Well it rained really heavy again in August and I had more water in the basement. I reached out to them on a Friday and Albert contacted me immediately. They were able to come out on Monday to look at my property. Jake was thorough and friendly. He let me know what he thought we needed, explained everything thoroughly and gave us a quote which was completely reasonable. We accepted the bid and work was to commence on Thurs as they had an opening. Work was completed in one day. The area was kept pristine and they did an amazing job. The crew was courteous to my family. I could not recommend them more. I hope to have them out again at some point to finish my basement area as well. Try to keep in mind that during the season of covid many families are looking for ways to make more space in their homes or to have to home projects done. "Joe and his team did a great job! They explained everything thoroughly and was patient with all of the questions that we had. They handled everything with the permit and the inspector and included the fee in our bill. They removed removed the damaged sidewalk blocks and apron and prepped everything for the inspector in less than a day. Day two was concrete pouring and driveway replacement. Everything looks great and I expect it all to last for years! I highly recommend them!"

"Our driveway had several large deep cracks: at the garage apron, where it met the street, one across the middle, and many smaller crack throughout. We were given an estimate to patch (cut back the asphalt at the large cracks and patch), OR to patch and resurface the entire driveway. We opted for the patch/resurface and it looks fantastic (it’s like a brand new driveway)! We also decided (last minute) to add on the sealcoat right after the paving, which Frank was happy to do. Frank was great and on-site during all of the work. All phone calls/texts were answered immediately. The estimate was accurate. One thing to note is that the weather will dictate the scheduling (which Frank told us at the estimate). We got weeks of rain after our estimate so it took almost 2 months to get scheduled, but it was certainly worth the wait. Would recommend and hire again."

The day of the service call they emailed and phone to see if we could do it earlier (as we were worried) and they met us to do the inspection. They were thorough and they determined it was not a sewer issue. The service call (reasonable priced) was well worth our peace of mind. They did NOT try to sell us extra services or inspections we didn't need. We'd call them again with an issue in a heartbeat. Highly recommended from a customer service perspective."
