I can't say enough good things about this company. From the initial contact with Dan and Kevin, who assessed our needs and prepared the quote with references, to Shelley who coordinates it all, and the actual installers, George and Walker. Everyone was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. All of our questions/concerns were addressed. Optima dealt with getting the necessary permits, having the building inspector on site, the soil tested and will provide the completed documentation, showing the tank is out, the soil is uncontaminated with the closed permit and c. o.. They also left the removal site in excellent condition. It was a true pleasure to work with this company. They are up front and honest about your project. They completed our project on time and without cost overruns. We are very satisfied customers for sure!"

They did not leave a mess or unwarranted damages like so many fly-by-night contractors tend to do. They even magnet swept driveways for screws/nails whenever they finished loading out for the night. We requested several proposals and found ADR PRO BUILDERS LANDSCAPING's to be the most responsive and flexible. We worked with Eligio who was knowledgeable and responsive to what we were looking to accomplish. He met with us on a Saturday and had a proposal within a few days. His proposal was also very reasonable from a pricing perspective. He started the work on the date he promised and completed his work on a time. He had a sizable crew. I also found it refreshing not to have a long contract loaded with legalize and escape clauses for any responsibility and attaching risks to us related for non payment. ADR had a very straight forward payment requirement. Bottom line we would strongly recommend ADR, and have already done so."
