He is CFI certified and he and Pam came in and were amazing. He pointed out one closet floor that was not originally discussed in the quote and he said he just had to fix it and he did at no additional charge. Now that is someone that loves his work. There were some imperfections on the stairs as well and he also fixed these. Great to see someone that loves his job..follows up on his work and goes above and beyond."
