"He was very thorough in his estimate and material list. He arrived on time and completed the job when he said he would. My house is very old (1918) and there was an issue with the floor being unlevel. He made sure to add extra bracing and supports to keep the floor from sagging in the future. He cleaned up after the job was finished and hauled of the removed subfloor to the street for pickup. He is a very polite and professional repairman. I will definitely use him in the future."

The only small issue, is that the 3rd party hired contractor had forgotten the carpet strips on the last day of the job, to finish the carpet conversions with the tile job. And we had to keep calling him to get him back to finish the job; he did come back the end of the next week.. All in all an ok experience.
