"If looking for wood flooring done, Franks Flooring was Super! Very professional, when we called, Frank came out within thirty minutes, measured room, gave us a quote answered any questions we had. Frank walked us through exactly what to expect from the time carpet was pulled up to wood floor being ordered, delivered and the floor installed. "The price was completely out of our budget -- despite what we stated we were able to pay. Additionally, we received 3 other estimates that were 40% cheaper that what Empire could offer AND included materials to cover our problematic stairs -- which Empire suggested staining to match the laminate."

"Very professional personnel and this contractor offered a very cost effective, safe deck repair solution vs. a total deck replacement."

"I enjoyed working with them as they were very friendly and informative. They did a good job at stretching the carpet but the cleaning part could have been done better. ( I think they had a malfunction in the cleaning machine."

"The carpet cleaner who came two days later wanted their phone number because they did such an exceptional job repairing my carpet."

"James & Scott did a great job, I've already booked them to come back to clean & stretch my family room carpet after the holidays!"

"AAA Carpets did an excellent job re-stretching and cleaning my carpets on two floors. I am happy with their professionalism and the pricing is comparable to other carpet companies. They came ready to work after an over-the-phone estimate. After a survey of the complexity or work the price was re-negotiated. They were willing work with me and told me exactly the work needed to be done (re-stretching and cleaning). They arrived on time as promised and went to work on my carpet. The top floor rooms were a bit challenging but they were able to get it looking good. My carpets look good as new. I like James' mantra "we want to make a living not a killing". Big Kudo to James and his team for a job well done."

"Repaired sub-floors, stretched and cleaned carpets."
