"I called JES Foundation Company for a free inspection of my crawl space. I was concerned about a crack in my foundation wall. JES inspector Richard Sheman Showed up to inspect my foundation. He sent a text with the time of his arrival. He was pleasant and on time. He went into my crawlspace and inspected the crack in the wall and stated I had nothing to worry about. He was very knowledgeable about the foundation and itâ  s structure. He explain to me how I could fix the superficial settling crack and save a bunch of money. "I was having some issues with water coming into the basement through the foundation and walls during rainy weather. Not flooding, or even shop vac-able volumes, just enough to be annoying and require mopping. Dominic and his crew were here today to install an under-floor drainage system and a new sump pump. I was dreading the demo (I have a concrete floor) and the mess involved, but these guys came prepared for everything! They used dust abatement measures to protect all my basement-stored items, and they removed and hauled all the debris away when finished with the excavation. What really impressed me was the concrete restoration upon completion. I've previously had a sewer line replaced through the basement floor, and the contractor really "botched" the floor repair. I can't describe how different this experience was! The concrete installed today is immaculate! Dominic takes pride in his work and with good reason! The new concrete is perfect! I am thrilled!"

"Just after the big snow storm, our tenant needed help with a leaking refrigerator ice maker and some other small repairs, including a crack in a wall. Burge Sprinkler responded quickly, coordinated time for repairs and followed up right away. The jobs required making purchases at the hardware store, and return visits to prime and paint the wall repair. Our tenants were very happy and so were we. "This company is nothing other than excellent. A bit pricey, but you only get what you play for - and I got plenty. On Saturday afternoon, I found out that I needed a complete sewer line replacement. By late Sunday afternoon, I had one! The crew had to dig down about 10 feet to remove the broken line and then had to tunnel under my patio to get to the cast iron pipe in order to connect the new line. After the installation, the dirt was replaced, the area was seeded and covered with straw, and the sidewalks and parking lot were sprayed clean.
