"I called JES Foundation Company for a free inspection of my crawl space. I was concerned about a crack in my foundation wall. JES inspector Richard Sheman Showed up to inspect my foundation. He sent a text with the time of his arrival. He was pleasant and on time. He went into my crawlspace and inspected the crack in the wall and stated I had nothing to worry about. He was very knowledgeable about the foundation and itâ  s structure. He explain to me how I could fix the superficial settling crack and save a bunch of money. "Jobes did a fabulous job. Came to our house twice with several samples so we could match pavers on existing walkways. Removed existing patio which had settled against the house, resulting in standing water against the foundation. They were very careful not to disturb plantings adjacent to patio. Workers were meticulous in laying new patio, which included a circular medallion in the center. The same care and attention to detail was taken while laying the edging stoned along the walks. Jobes did such a great job that we are having them return to add edging to the remaining walks on our property. Highly recommend them!! Great value for the money!"

"Dave came out to give me an estimate on fixing what I was hoping was down 3 ft dig, after explaining my options I chose to go all the way down 6 ft and I was happy that I had. Alex the owner and his crew came out, they dug out the foundation, showed me where the cracks were and came back the next day to finish fixing the cracks installing the waterproof barrier, regrading and filling in the trench. They were professional, on time and amazing to deal with. When they left you would not have known they had been there except for the lack of grass on that side of the house.
