Should my home ever require additional significant repairs (let’s face it, it’s an old house and stuff happens), I won’t hesitate to hire them again. "Our project was actually a crawlspace encapsulation. We have a lake cabin that was built in the 1960's. It had a dirt floor in the crawlspace with bare block masonry foundation walls. It also had old, damp batt insulation that was falling down from the joist spaces. American Waterworks came in, removed the old insulation (a nasty job!), laid down a 2 layer moisture barrier system and spray foamed the foundation walls and rim joist area. I can't believe what a difference this has made to our air quality, much warmer floors. We used to have to wipe down the windows every morning during the winter because of condensation. Not any more! I would highly recommend this company if you have the same needs!!"

"They arrived on the day they said the would.  Covered the driveway with boards to prevent problems.  Removed the block from the old retaining wall and reinstalled new block.  The clean up was amazing.  The crew got it all done in less than 6 hours when other provider said it would take 4 to 5 days.  They had to bring in more rock for the wall and they did it exactly as they said they would the next day.  I wished I had hired them for prior work.  I would not hesitate to call them again

What you can count on getting from Tony is a relentless focus on quality and doing the job right as well as complete transparency. While the additional drainage work added 4 days to the project - the peace of mind knowing our foundation isn't holding water is well worth it. The wet Spring and early Summer cause a number of unavoidable delays, Tony was very communicative along the way keeping us informed on the timeline and options to get back on track. "Excellent design work by Marlin. He drew up a plan that incorporated the style of the house and yard terrain. He assisted in materials selection and guided us through the entire process. Weather conditions delayed the project somewhat but that is to be expected."

"Overall we were satisfied with the quality of the job but we did run into some issues. Sam said it would take 2 days to complete but it ended up taking 6 full days. Unfortunately I had to use a lot more vacation to be home for this than I anticipated. We ran into some issues with the sub-contractors. One guy got nothing done the day he was there and then never showed up the next day. To Sam's credit, he called in another framer and the work was started as soon as possible. The quality was decent but we ended up having to fix some spots ourselves and add some extra framing to make the areas aesthetically pleasing. The crew members were all polite and cleaned up after themselves, which I always appreciate. Sam is very easy to work with and very professional. He takes his business seriously and has high expectations of his crew. Despite the issues we encountered we were still happy with the work and the price."

"One structure in the form of a arbor with a gate completed our fence.
     The other structure a small deck outside of the lower sliding glass doors, with a pergola added,
     gives a quiet shady respite to the yard.
      We also had Hal design and build a fountain feature added to the garden area itself.  Which gives a soft
      and flowing water sound near the small deck.
      The work overall is outstanding with a very finished look.  It was also accomplished as per estimate of
       time and cost.  They were very considerate to make the work space neat and clean each day at finish
       time.
     
       We would "highly" recommend these contractors to anyone wanting this type of excellent yard work done.
